It begins with a personalised quote. To accept, please complete our Quote Acceptance Form included in our offer email. After filling out the form, our scheduling team will be automatically notified and begin arranging your clinic(s) in conjunction with your dedicated liaison.

Once accepted, our team collaborates with you or your dedicated health officer to schedule an appropriate date(s). We’ll supply promotional materials to share with your employees and support any health officers in promoting the service.

On the day of vaccination, our skilled pharmacist will efficiently and safely administer vaccines to your staff. All patient details will be uploaded to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) for easy access to vaccination records whenever needed.

After the successful completion of the campaign, our accounts team will provide a detailed invoice for your records.
